About Me

Roberta De Vincenzo

 Founder of Seda & Co.

I grew up between South Africa, New Zealand, and Noosa, Australia, places that shaped my appreciation for nature, community and living with meaning.
Noosa, where I now call home, is where life feels slower, saltier, and deeply connected to the natural world. The ocean, the bush and the earthy tones of the land continue to influence how I live and create.

Each piece is handmade by me using Australian-sourced materials.

I make everything in small batches, taking my time with each piece so less is wasted and more care goes into what you wear. Seda & Co. was created to offer a more thoughtful alternative to fast fashion - a brand that is intentional and aligned with what I believe in.
I hope it encourages a move away from synthetic silks and towards pieces
that feel better to wear and to live with.

Thank you for supporting small, slow, honest business, it truly means the world.

ABOUT MULBERRY SILK & WHY IT IS A SUSTAINABLE CHOICE:

Mulberry silk is one of the most eco-conscious fabrics available.

It is produced from silkworms that are fed exclusively on mulberry leaves, a hardy

crop that grows easily and requires far less water and pesticides than many others.

The production process is gentle on the environment, and unlike synthetic fabrics, mulberry silk is completely biodegradable, leaving no long-term waste behind.

Choosing mulberry silk means embracing a natural, renewable material that supports sustainable fashion from the ground up.
