Returns

Seda accepts online store returns for refund, exchange or credit note if your return request meets the criteria outlined below. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello.sedaandco@gmail.com for a return authorisation number (RA#). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RA# and return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting an RA# will not be accepted. Seda has a 7-day return policy. All returns must be requested and posted back within 7 days of receiving your item.

Seda reserves the right to refuse a return if the returns criteria are not met. Returns must be posted back at the customer’s expense, and this cost is non-refundable. Seda cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged returns, so we recommend using a traceable form of shipping.
