Mulberry Silk Production

Each silkworm spins a cocoon made from one single, unbroken thread, often stretching over a kilometre long. Once the cocoons are carefully harvested, the silk threads are gently unwound by hand, then delicately washed and woven into fabric. This process uses minimal chemical treatment, allowing the silk to retain its natural softness, strength, and signature sheen.
